My Approach

I'm passionate about sharing my love of yoga and teach with an encouraging, compassionate and happy approach. Having practiced yoga myself for over 20 years, as well as being a certified yoga teacher, I'm extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students, to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit.

My classes blend classical Hatha yoga postures, with deep stretches and calming breath work, to de-stress the body and relax the mind for yogis of all levels. My teaching always focuses on moving into postures safely and correctly with an awareness of one's own physical limitations, and harmonizing movement with the breath.

My Philosophy

Being kind to, and mindful of, ourselves and others, and sharing the yoga pathway towards improved physical and mental well-being, from increased flexibility and muscle tone, to stress release and mind-body harmony.
