Yoga classes

Yoga classes for all abilities, promoting strength, flexibility and relaxation for both mind and body.

Teaching classic Hatha Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yoga with a special focus for Runners, Cyclists and Walkers, these classes are suitable for all ages and levels of experience. A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breath-work to relax the body and de-stress the mind, whilst improving strength, flexibility and focus. Everyone welcome!

What to expect at the classes:

  • A warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Some background music
  • Small groups
  • Mats and equipment (bricks and straps) provided, feel free to bring your own if preferred
  • Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water with you if needed
  • Facilities to refill water bottles if needed, and toilets at the venue.
  • Any movements and postures are demonstrated and modification advised or shown to safely match individual physical limitations
  • If for any medical reasons you feel unsure about being able to  practice yoga, please consult your doctor first
  • Refunds are not available for pre-paid classes due to venue and overhead costs (Sorry!). If you are unable to attend a class for any reason please contact me as soon as possible (07884 256773) Thank you.
